Upcoming Flash RPG: “Sonny”
It’s December now, so I thought I’d post a little update on the RPG that will be released this month 
The game is going to be called “Sonny,” named after the main character of the game. You are a Zombie, and you wake up knowing nothing, except that you have to get off that ship that you’re on! The game will take you on a journey through a twisted world, as you are hunted by almost everyone: Ghost Samurai’s, Crazed Light Wielding Paladins, and even the GSG9 Special Forces!
So far the game’s engine is 100% done, but I still have to add more content and balance out the stats a bit. The biggest obstacle will definitely be the story-animations… I’m really slow at that! But the game itself will pack in a lot of fun! There will be 3-4 classes for you to choose from, and they will all have different play styles… You can choose to build your character so that he deals insane burst damage, or you can play a powerful healing/support role, or a tank/survival build.
The combat will be turn based, but they will be a lot of strategy involved. I’m trying to steer away from the stat-building, attack-spamming nature of RPGs, so I included some aspects that will turn that around, such as buffs which reverse damage and healing, stuns to interrupt the enemy and cool-downs on abilities.
Once it has been released, I plan to add a new level (10 fights + Boss) every month, or 2 weeks, so that people may continue with their characters And I warn you… Some of those end-game bosses will be hardcore…!
That’s all for now! I might have an open-beta in a couple of days to get some express feedback before the game goes live, in which case I’ll let you know!

This game looks awesome! Although it is similar to Sinjid:SOTW, it still looks awesome. One question, “Why is the main character you play as a zombie and why is he named sonny? LOL :)……..

Yeah, it does look and feel similar to Sinijd at first, but thats mainly because I used my old character models. Don’t worry! It won’t be the same as Sinjid!
You play as a Zombie because some many other games use Zombies as their main ‘enemies.’ So I thought I’d go in the opposite direction just for kicks.

but one question…. i’m fighting doctor herregods right now… and he’s got 1mil health! is that the only obstacle to overcome? if it is i think you should tweak this aspect at least..cos it’s just plain boring! the previous boss was much more exciting to play.
Agree with Schmuardian. Dr Herregods is just really really boring. I understand the timing thing and all but geeze it takes 15 min to get there and then it misses the damage needed by a couple of points (I think… Going by the 99%) and the medic (set on agressive) decides to heal me being down a few hit points… Back to square one. Ugh

i agree with J. the AI is almost always stupid with healing. I’d suggest adding teamcontrol thing… and now, when i got to the dr herregods i consider quit playing the game. Ignition and omen were quite hard, but they werent boring, and if i am to spent an hour fighting herregods i say thank you.
Next to DR Herregods is 3 shadows shadow… very hard… I do not know what to do. They have a power that kills in one turn…

it’s easy to avoid the attak that kill in one turn… it use 100 focus point, so you only have to use the first level of disruption to reduce his focus point every time that he has 100 focus point.

The Shadows are easy. But you nedd to look out for a Sinjid’s Shadow ;]When he have 100 focus you must use block or subversion on yourself. O defeat him with Sonny only. sorry if I have a mistakes I’m from Poland
people i’ve just shoot down the 3 shadows :B
i have use veradux in tactical mode and amber in aggressive mode; sonny is equiped with Break, Shatter Bolt, Shatter Bolt, Subversion Cripple, Subversion, Wound and Quick Strike;
i start with subversion to avoid theyr special ability, then i block the level 25 with shatter and breack while my 2 friend kill everyone; cripple is the best one while you are waiting the count down of shatter and break, and subversion when he use the speed up ability (and you cannot block him because your hit will miss)

By the way, with 1st boss it can be usefull too. But i burn all his focus and he cant heal himself by shadow regeneration. But it was werrrry long battle.

for the shadow actually the easiest thing to do is use disruption whenever his magic is at 100. he needs all of it in order to do that move so just knocking out like 5 makes him have to do the regeneratation thing.

How to beat Dr Herregods once again, i can`t kill him, one of You said that i should use subversion, but.. hm.. when?
i should use it when he`s above or below 9899999? I should put subversion on dr herrgods or on myself?

how long does it takes for beating dr herregods ? I just have to let him take 100 000 damage and then i use subreversion? I dont know its strong, but my heaviest attack is 750 points, and that of Amber using speed 500% up is 1200….

Okay, this is REALLY cheap,but if u cannot beat a certain boss or need more money for armor & weapons,as soon as u beat anyone(training fight or reagular)and the screen starts to fade out,press the quit button right before the screen completley blacks. This will give you infinite gold and automaticaly bumps u up 1 level.using this i beat the game(guardian)in one day. once you have high enough vitality & strenght your enemies only do 1 point of damage to u.
once u have a high enof lvl, put all your ablitiy points in endurance.congrats,u are now pretty much invinsible.

I know it’s not right, but I was bored lol.
It is interesting to note that the ability tree in its developing stage is different from the current version.
i have a little question about the classes, there’s the destroyer, the assassin, the gunslinger anf the guardian, but in Veradux it says he’s a “Combat Medic”
now my question is, does that fall under one of the four other classes and in that case wich? or is combat medic a class of its own?

GOOD LUCK
first, keep attacking him until he has lost NEARLY 10,000 health. So about a thousand above 990,000 hp. Then shatterbolt (stun) him. On the next turn take his health BELOW 990,000. Then cast subversion on him. When he wakes up from stundeness, he will realise that his health is below 990,000 and will try to heal himself. But because of subversion he will damage himself 2,000,000.
Easy and done in less than 2 mins
how to soop up veradux.
basically when you kill that paladin at the end of the 3rd part, he will drop some items. Collect the entire set and give to Veradux because they are all round really good things for him.

HOW TO LEVEL UP
as the screen starts to go black after killing someone, click the little red cross near the blue ring. Load your account again and you will be up a level. SIMPLE
HOW TO GET SOOOOOOOOOPER AWESOME
The level up cheat also gives you unlimited cash. Use this to buy the best stuff, or the worst if your not that far through yet. Go onto inventory, pick up an item and switch to the Abilities page. Then drop the item onto the ‘YOUR ATTRIBUTES’ bit. This will give you all the item’s stats without making you wear it. Cool eh?
My level 20 destroyer has
4631 vitality
4808 strength
590 magic
533 speed
1900 focus.
I do 90,000 damage using SMASH and 28,000 with a quick hit. A bit too easy but awesome all the same.
