Tainted Kingdom is finally here on ArmorGames! You can check it out here:
Tainted Kingdom is a Fantasy Strategy game with 10 Missions you can play. You can send out Knights, Hunters, Priests, or swift Horse-men. You can heal your units, build defensive towers, and choose where to expand your base, and how you manage your resources and upgrade your units. The game comes with fully animated and voiced cut-scenes for all your story-telling needs 
It’s quite difficult to beat, and it’s even harder to get all the Trophies, so there’s a big challenge waiting for you in there, I hope you enjoy it!

Now, people keep asking me this question: “Where is Sonny 2!?”
Answer is: It’s on its way! We’ve been working slowly on it for a while now, but since Tainted Kingdom is done, we’re about to start going full speed on Sonny 2. It’s going to be a lot bigger than the first. We plan to have three different classes, but this time each class will have its own Ability Tree, and so thats 3 times more possible character builds than Sonny 1!
I can’t disclose a lot more information about it yet, except that most of your suggestions, complaints, etc. will be taken into consideration so we can improve the experience. We’re planning to improve AI drastically, and add a movement system and non linear game-play.
My aim is to make this game improve on each aspect of the original by double. Because it’s Sonny-2, so it’s got to be 2 times as good. That makes sense, doesn’t it?

@ Reid: I aim to make Sonny 2 as simple to pick up and play as Sonny 1, but it will take long to master it, and also long to beat all the content in the game.
Guess what? In Sonny 1, 95% of the game’s file-size was sound. The actual game was only about 400kB big. So we can fit a LOT of game-play into one file!

@ Zaragorne: Many people have said they’d pay for some of these games, but honestly I think having LOADS more people able to play and comment is much more valuable to me.

Your graphics are awesome and I can probably match 10% of my graphics and it would take me 100 times longer than if you did it. got any tips? The Flash RPG. A type of game I figured I’d never play. Then I was like, “eh, why not?” and decided to try Sonny. Possibly, he’s the most charming zombie I’ve ever encountered. That got me hooked, I’ll tell you that. I’m not going to say I look forward to the sequel, but that’s because I’ve not finished Sonny yet. But my expectations are high, and it’s your own fault. Sonny is good. Sonny 2 had better be top-notch. You’ve been warned. XD

Okay, well, after many hours…it is finally done. It was quite hard to do actually. Krin, i am amazed at how hard it was to edit. But, i am finally done. I hope you take it kindly. Think of it as a gift.
NOTE: For all who view it, all artistic credit goes directly towards Krin. God knows i can’t draw worth crap. I am just the editor.
What i did was i used a 40% blur effect for the right. Had to do over 200 individual effects. Then, just sketched the left hand side! Enjoy Krin!

Very cool SwitchFoot! It’s fun because when I look at this its almost like I can see the thought going through your head as you are editing it.
Let me give you a tip though: Whenever you wanna design something or draw something, always try to avoid using black. Unless you truly want it to be part of the style, like Black & White, you should opt for just a darker shade of a dominant color.

I played Tainted Kingdom, and found it quite interesting, but it didn’t excite me, because I had already played Sonny. I really love the game, it’s awesome. The storyline, the graphics, the EFFORT you put in to make all the abilities and items and animation, it’s all awesome.
I’m now, like all of us, waiting for Sonny 2. What I’d want you to improve is the items. You need more items in the game, because there were no gunslinger primary arms weapons in Sonny. I don’t want you to have a weapon and a secondary weapon for all classes, I’d be happy to see a wide selection of primary and secondary arms weapons for every class.
Good luck with your new game. Oh, and don’t let your fans rush you with the game, I’m sure they’d be more pleased if you released a fine game instead of a quickly made one. Take your time, but don’t take too long! So long.

hey Krin just a couple questions about Sonny 2
1. When is the tentative release date?
2. Are the items going to be class specific like in Sonny 1? Cause if they are please consider characters like Veradux who could not get any real good armor or weapons at the end. (by end I mean 4th area)
3. Is the 2nd Sonny going to continue the storyline of Sonny 1 or is it going to be the blue characters story.
4. How many Installments of Sonny are you considering to tell story and finish the gaming series?
Anyway great work with Sonny 1 it is amazing cant wait for the 2nd one.

and guyz i think u should not disturb Krin because he is obviously trying so hard to finish sonny 2 so if i were you you should post stuff that can improve in sonny 2 so that he Krin can make it so much better than the first one.
Sonny was the best game. EVER. Thankyou, Krin. A few questions:
1. Will you be continuing the story?
2. Why are the zombies attacking other zombies?
3. Why are the humans attacking the zombies if they are almost human.
4. Why do some zombies have brains and some don’t?
Now suggestions!
1. You should make flashbacks of sonny’s past.
2. You should reveal his real name! (Preferably Bart Starr, Bret Farve, Krin, or Zack. Just awesome names.)
3. Also why did we need to put in a name in sonny 1 if we never used it?
4. Make sure you are able to answer some questions like why sonny has a brain and stuff.
5. Make sure you can tall Louis’ part in the story.
6. Reveal how sonny was revived.
Lastly, the sad parts.
1. LOUIS WAS THE BEST CHARACTER WHY DID HE DIE?!?!?
2. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO BE SO MEAN AND KILL THE PALADIN? I BLAME VERADUX! (Reveal his past too!)
3. So many questions… so little of a game to tell it all. Make a SUPER sonny to fit it all!
I did thoroughly enjoy this flash game. I only have one problem with the game. The game; in all it’s beauty was too short to actually call a game. It felt more like a teaser. You didn’t even give us enough information to understand anything but getting to the end and beating it. I also didn’t understand the real-time addition (i.e. only respec 5 times a day etc.) I thought that did limit you to respeculating, but 5 times a day!?! It would be better played out if you could only respec twice an hour. That would both limit you but avoid being unrealistic and having to wait 24 hours to balance your stats after fighting a major boss. Overall good game, it brought me back memories of the Sinjid games =). One thing I hope to see this game in, is beta, because I want it to be so long that it’s bugged like crazy (I’m not insulting your scripting skills Krin if that’s what it looks like).
hey krin i really like the game sonny im working on completeing the fourth level. i would just like to say all the work you’ve put into it payed off, and i would also like to say i know you’re probably pretty far into the creation of sonny 2 but i would just like to suggest possibly a pet as a party member such as a wolf or beast of relative form.
well i cant wait for the game and i would really like to know the estimated released date if at all possible.

there was a flaw with that actually. You could forward the time on your computer to the next day and reload the webpage with the game and it treated everything like a new day.

Great game, storyline is a bit sad and so is the music, but its a greats game, now a few question and comments: how did sonny become a zombie? why was he on the ship? what does lois’ tape say? why are some zombies evil and some good? Why do they kill the padalin? Will we find out about sonny’s past? And why disent sonny know antthing about his past!!! And i agree with what john said on the 29th of april, it was to short!!

Wow krin… YOU ROCK. I love sonny, even though it took me so little time to finish it(make more stages)and on sonny 2 you should make a thing that it would use the character save on sonny 1. Nice skills. Even though i was mage i used iron skin (VERY USEFUL) because i didnt have alot of vitality. One fight veradux was so stupid he had 20 mana and i had 1 hp he didnt heal me so i lost

Sonny was a good game overall. Good art, scripting and sounds. But there was still the bug with the option screen:P Do more testing on the second part and then it will be a great game. But remember this: don’t try to do too much. it’s better to do less and do it good then trying too much and failing.
don’t let the fans rush you, invest the time needed. we want to see a good game in the end:)

Almost every1 here would love if sonny2 haad an online feuture so we could face eachother, it would be origanol, your game wold e bso much better,
your game reminded me of another game called shadow of the warriror, it also was good, but your storyline was much better and i like the voice overs.
your idea of the 3 classes and 3 branch trees are genius, very origanol, and it gives variety, which every1 likes.
If you can’t do online, maybe a multyplayer storyline, or some bonus 2 player bits
Sonny was the best game ever, and i loved the final level, it was funny cuz i jus finished SOTW aswell.

Sonny was amazing and I can’t wait for sonny 2, and I disagree with the guy above me. I believe Krin would love to see how much we love his work, and yes you may be right, he doesn’t have time now, but I’m sure he will check this. I remember the shenjia ninjia the flash game, the diffierent attack type have diff attack animations. but however in sonny 1 no matter a normal acctack or ku-de-jua whatever use the same animation.
secondly, the adding focus what ever, it keep add this on itself, but not the human control actor, like it will add 3 times the adding focus to the same person. what is the agrthism for adding focus?

So, Sonny was awesome game, but there are few things that I didnt like. Skills, I noticed, that even guardian can be good mage, since u can get awesome bonus from items, like 50 magic or something..
Base stats mean nothing in previous game, really. Also, it would be great to have ‘personal skills’, which means other classes cant use/learn them.
As weapons, I’d prefer bows, sticks (for mages), spears, ninja stars.. Stuff like that, its quite boring to wield basic sword as mage or assasin.
Doctor had 1 000 0000 hp, and that ninja guy before it 320k.. Seriously, what the heck? Less health and more powerful attacks, Amen

What happened to the story in Sonny? It is unfortunate that the game does not really delve into a plot or whatever. For example, what about the tape Louis gave Sonny?
Despite this, I enjoyed the game, as it was very similar to Sinjid (which I immensely enjoyed).
I am expecting something better in Sonny 2.
I personally think that Tainted Kingdom doesn’t hold a candle to Sonny. It’s just too slow for me; with Sonny I can play for a couple of minutes and then save and return later, seeing as the battles are short. With TK it just takes too long a time to progress places. I can still understand why some people would like it, though.
I hope Assassin is being kept in Sonny 2. Best class ever, yay lots of damages.

In Sonny 2, I thing you should out in different races (ex. Elves, Dwarfs, or others) I know it sounds kind of weird but it could give increases and decreases in the attributes. Such as an Elf could have extra points in Magic, but a decrease in Strength. A Dwarf has an Increase in Strength, but a decrease in Magic. It does sound geeky but I think it could give options and options always makes a good game.

ok sonny 1 is the easiest game ever ddo to the fact that there r glitches that make ur character hit over 10k or have infinite gold and other things or the hardest game ever do to a glitch were u cant fight cuz it makes all ur stats NaN
so you should take out those glitches and dont put in a secret last zone that impossible to beat without glitches if ur going to take out the glitches or take the glitches out and make unlockable cheats

Sonny was an excellent flash game. Possibly the best RPG flash game I’ve ever played. I have a few complaints I’m sure you’ve read a million times:
1. Storyline was far too short.
2. Multiple Intervention spells made gameplay too easy.
3. Retarded AI sometimes (casting buffs on themselves when the enemy needed only 1 hit to die).
4. Extreme lag and low FPS (at least for me, at 6-7, and my PC is fast).
Other than that, amazing game.

I made level 69 and can now do 150000 damage with electro bolt beat it to. In sonny 2 you should be able to loed your old character from the first sonny.
I dont think that “item eating” feature was a great idea, twas too easy to pwn after you started using it. I beat 2 end bosses without using partners and then learned that i could eat equipment, beat the next two bosses with way too much ease.
the damage effects were all the same, percentage damage increase or decrease. have something new? possibly a better poison (sonny 1’s poison was purely pointless) or a couple spells/attacks that hit all enemies/allies?
how about weapons with effects? (extra ice dmg, new spell with equipping the item, etc…)
The game would be amazingly expansive if your partners had ability trees of thier own or you had some sort of control over thier attacks or growth.
i loved the way attacks were selected, with the ring around the target. Nice touch.

Sonny is the best game on armor games and it’s got a rating of 9.5, I bet Sonny 2 will have a rating of 10. I hope your able to use your file from Sonny 1 because I can do over 1 million damage (I admit I used cheats). keep up the good work Krin.

one of the classes in Sonny 2 is going to be called biological or something like that. One of it’s abilities is cristalize and you can use it on your opponent or your ally, what it does is it makes the person you use it on stunned but their also shielded from all damage.

Sonny 2 on its way? Great. Altough, I had expected being able to transfer earlier saved game from Sonny to Sonny2, but I believe this will be great too. The question is; Will this computer be able to play it without lag, and still with nice Graphics?

sonny was awesome, it could be a console RPG if you worked at it. the voice overs were great, not to much cheese. the game play is solid and the graphics are very smooth. freat work krin, ill have fun playing sonny 2 as the first!

sonny 1 was awesome but incase u havent started adding it yet i think u shouldnt be able 2 control the allys in your group but u should put commands instead lik u click on the ally (not you) and click somthin lik to focus on a certain enemy or heal a certain person that way the ally AL will be more effective 2 hav

Itching to get at Sonny2 when it comes out! As much as it pains me, I don’t want to keep asking “When is it ready!? When is it ready!?!” … I’d rather you just finish it in your own good time, to your standards (as I’m sure you are doing), and I bet the result will be much more than we expected.
(… but having said that, please don’t do a ‘Blizzard’ on us!)

sonny 2 should have just as many cheats,but it makes all the game more fun if it doesent. i recomend puting all the same cheats on (but if theres new modes then have cheats on for those too:O)(…also recomended…as in like training and next battles, you should have like the ability to buy new alies) and alot more gameplay.one more thing…great game

I think I speak for all of your fans krin when I say that you have done a splended job keeping the young, and old gamers in love with flash animation and the good old RPG. And I wish to thank you for showing me that not all zombies are bad, except for the ones that are trying to eat you. Keep those gold ideas aflowin’ and I cannot wait to see what flash masterpiece you shall unveil to the masses.

Still trapped in this forsaken room surrounden by zombies waiting for the best game sonny 2 to come out please make it happen quick!
For thos who found the game hard it wasint the bosses in zone 4 were hard but the rest was easy for all classes and yes I did defeat the bosses I used the Guardian no cheats just high lvl and 2 teamates combat medic and assasin.
Anyway they should really bring out Sonny 2 becouse all that I have read was not much I need more info!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Krin, loved the first game! (note, I think that the best armor for veradux is paladin) I think that in the next game you should tell why Sonny was revived, kill off Veradux, bring in “Galiant the Zombie” to have some fun with revenenge and you should add characters as you progress; not just add four characters, bring them on through the story line. Oh! And one more thing, make guns that FIRE bullets and make Baron Brixeous’s zombie (although he already was) a playable character. (preferably by him having a run-in with zombie galiant then u save his evil u-know wat!)

I am so freaking happy and i cant wait man!!! make sonny! omg a 12 year old from america shouldn’t endure this wait! I consider it a belated Christmas present from you sonny :D. And zooters, about that no smash bros brawl in uk yet, its in america, and it gets boring with fighting, you cant dodge and move in midair, but it does involve more concept, more in depth controls, and its fun. I hope you make it when you say you will Krin, make the little child happy!

2 The Z.P.C. I. Stands for zombie pest control incorporate.
4 Louis may have been the same model, i dont remember, but seeing as Dr. Herregods was not actually part of the story, i doubt it.
5 I think Sonny and Dux are different from the other zombies,somehow.
Lots of that other stuff I really doubt Krin will answer, because that wouldtotally destroy a lot of build up for the game.

I can’t wait for it to come out! It’s probablya bit late for suggestions, since it’s been months in the making already, but maybe if you havn’t added this to number two and still can, or end up making a Sonny 3, you could add a couple new ways to get ability points faster? Maybe like, get 2 ability points and 4 stat points per level up? (’cause it takes a bit to level up, and with all those abilities and ability upgrades, really hard to level up that many times to get all those abilities, and the stat points, 1 per level up is a bit small.)
Also, could you maybe add a medium graphics level instead of just high and low? On low, the graphics are a bit too sharp for me, and on high it laggs the hell out of my computer. Sure the same happens with other people. (lol sorry if this has already suggested, with that many comments up there ^^^ I really am too lazy to read through them ALL, so yeahh….)

1. He was killed, remember on the first boss of the game.
2. They probably do not want a lot of mutant ninja turtles…. jk….. zombies running around and killing people.

Who is Sonny and why did he wake up on a Navy ship?
If people called him Sonny who did he remember that called him that if he couldn’t remember anything or his real name?

I love how you are changing the characters to have one specific tree choosing the right spells was really hard.

hey guys, i already played sonny 2 and the only thin which i miss is that i can not build up ally’s abilities and in battle i can’t chose target for my ally’s. Otherwise the game is really great.
