Sonny 2 - Patch 1.4 Changes
Just wanted to keep everyone updated on the changes included in the newest version of Sonny 2. The team is still hard @ work so expect more exciting news.
Re: Patch 1.4 Changes
- ‘NaN PvP’ Bug fixed.
- ‘Low Damage Done’ Bug fixed.
- ‘Increased Damage Taken’ Bug fixed.
- Restore is fixed and scales properly now.
- Regulate now destroys 30 Focus, but heals 5/8/11 to you per turn.
- Epiphany cannot be dispelled by Corruption.
- Slash now stacks a ‘10% less healing’ de-buff on the target.
- Enlightened Helm fixed.
- Flexible Armor fixed.
- White ZPCI Gloves now available in Zone 2 Shop.
- Re-Spec cost reduced by 30%.
Why not change so Baron get’s easier? Or is he easy enough?

Good. Finally an update of something! It’s good to know that they’re fixing things, but the truth is, the game is nearly flawless.
When are the new levels coming… the story kind of left me hangin but i can wait though….
He is indeed easy, well in Psycho class it takes a while, but just keep destroying his focus, that’ll do

Playing in Psycho, the Baron is unbeatble. Could you really give him not so many HPs?
I found that once I reallocated my points, he was fairly easy even with a Hydro. Subversion and Ice Wall help keep your teammates alive, while regulate, mind freeze, and flash freeze keep him under control.
First of all…LEAVE the baron!!! hes fine… just takes awhile to beat, but still faily easy Ive beaten with hydro (easy mode beacause at the time it was my fist try =( ) and bio (challenging).
now the update I want is better storyline once again… IT MADE NO SENSE!!! first time you fight felicity, she runs away, go down an elevator (which we dont see anywhere) with a body in her arms (and we dont even know who it is).
other then that the storyline is okay…I guess… this second sonny just brought up more questions so far though…
For those who are Psycho and are having trouble with Baron, don’t use Dark Infusion and your battle should go fine. He takes large amounts of damage after he loses all his Focus
I beated Baron with Psycho first time through w/out knowing much.. easy enough.
if the baron was any easier-itd be absurd
the games not supposed to be super easy just keep destroying his focus and make sure the damage taken when he recovers it is amplified by at least 25-30 percent

the baron can be easily be defeated with psyco, all you have to do is when the baron has either holy scars or the move wher he loses his focus, use implosion and he takes 3 times as much damage from his own ability(depending on how many points u put in implosion). the challange may simply be staying alive, but this can be dealt with by using terrify and freewill. keep focus high by using freewill then dark infusion every now and then. also, i’ve run into a bug. while fighting the tunnel beast (or in general, any event that needs people to talk) you have to have those people in your party at the time, cause i like to go through with psyco alone.
i guess people not really thinking have a hard time fighting the baron. when he runs out of focus… you’ll get the rest. i hope sonny 2 finishes soon.
LEave the baron as he is, remove cheats (if there are any) like the famed sonny 1 item cheat. Make the Kongregate version even better than this one
The Baron is easy enough already. I beat him with pshycho on Heroic 1st try. The easiest way i found to beat him was bio-type and use disrupt. It drains all of his focus in 1 go.
There is no chance to defeat baron with fire/frost (hydromanser)or something you need to be level 50 or more to defeat baron. beacaus baron need to have no focus “hydromanser” as no such abillity and you probilly die befor “holy scar” so Hydromanser sucks
the baron is okay, let it be. i did it all with sonny psyco and there is no problem…
life is not easy… a game either, thats the fun of it… challenge must exist.
love the game, i always say the same, the fight are a little slow for my taste. more speed.
i hate that the items u seel are so undervalue.
Well the level cap is 30, and I beat the game without training much…Baron should require some strategy, but if you really can’t beat him, use the ice wall and regulate and level up. The patch seems to make him 2.5x ezr

the baron is not unbeatable even in psycho im a lvl 30 psycho and i just finished the game you guys just have to spend a little extra time training thats all
sonny2 sweet baron hard to beat you should make it so when he is at a certain health he dies buy some lucky event like his power runs out or tic tock on him self
well let me tell you somthing about the baron. HE AIN’T EASY.
They need to add a difficulty thats called hacker and all enemy stats are X 500
Ok, i’m on the second dot and i can’t even beat baron. Seriously, how do i do it?
LOOK GUYS ITS EASY TO KILL BARON ! the thing is, u just have to attack his MANA, so when his mana is at 0 he will automatically cast a spell that takes 5000hp to fully restore his mana (3 turns) just ATTACK the BARONS - MANA spells that make him unconscious help also
Can Anyone tell me why in psycho I’m taking shadow damage for no reason?
I lvl 28 and I have psychoppath form in my bar. Would that be why?
Because before I went down that part of the tree I didn’t take damage.
Lol the barons hard but live with it, if you make him easy theres no challenge and ive completed sonny 2 4 times now without any special tactics or walkthroughs, just follow the whole mana thing or do training fights.
Hey, just wondering if with tihs new patch all our files are deleted? cause I tried to load my files on armorgames and it just had empty slots
baron is super easy f you know how to beat him. Keep working on actually important stuff since you obviously now how to kick ass. Keep up the good work.
the game is easy with psycho just get wraith form and baron is doomed to die!
Baron Brixus is soo easy it no need to be more easy i can’t kill gregor the bug.it on zone 4 stage 3
How do you beat the twisted thing being psycho class!? It’s like the 5th battle or something and I keep running out of focus and all of his attacks require focus. So I can’t beat him.
^What austin said for beating the baron with wraith form as a pshyco. I use straight up only the lightning attacks on him, first Electron Charge, then High Voltage, then Shock Therapy = huge damage. and when my guys were low on health, I used Sacrifice on Donald to make Sonny super powered and used the same Wraith Form combo above to take out almost a third of the baron’s health to kill it. epic fight. great game.
Does the game continue into zone 6 yet? I played on easy mode first and beat zone 5 and it ended. I wasn’t sure if was to play on challenging mode to make it to zone 6 or what. In other words have the zones been created yet. I’m playing through the armor games website.
Where i can update Sonny 2?
ya umm… im psycho on heroic and i dont know which spell to deprive the baron of his focus… and by the way (btw) if you finish heroic without
training fights and re-specs and no fighting previous bosses you will earn the legend achievement 2 more zones will appear and there is a very hard boss named the corruptor. hope this helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the baron is too easy. i beat him on my first try as a lvl. 11 bio. just use disrupt. and by the way, zone 6 is already there when u start as a heroic

Well the baron is hard and easy to beat…. there is a trick to beating him, but if you don’t know the trick you can’t ever beat him
I’m glad some of those bugs were fixed. Also, anyone who cannot beat the Baron is not trying hard enough.
